Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are missing, defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If for any reason, the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund.

Due to contamination issues of personal care products, we do not accept returns of open or used items. All returns must be in their original, unopened package.

The defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same products as soon as possible. A substitute item will be offered in cases where stocks are no longer available.

In case a replacement option is not feasible, we offer a full refund. You will be required to provide evidence of the damaged goods by sending us photos of damaged items, or in some cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for Quality Review investigation.

We urge you to inspect your order immediately, take pictures if needed, and contact us within 2 days with any isses. We allow 14-day window from receiving the order to submit a claim be emailing us at [email protected] Your claim will be reviewed, and our customer member team will contact you directly about your issue.

Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your claim and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
