Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items and promptly notify us of any discrepancies, defects, damages, or incorrect items. Resolution Options

1. In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we are pleased to offer either item exchanges or full refunds.

2. Defective or damaged items will be swiftly replaced with identical products. Alternatively, if stocks are depleted, we'll provide suitable substitutes.

Refund Procedure

If a replacement isn't feasible, a complete refund will be issued. To facilitate this process, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged items. We may also arrange to collect the damaged products for a Quality Review investigation.

Exceptions

1. Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

2. For personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. All returns must be in their original, unopened packaging.
